Identified — ‚ÄčThe equipment has arrived and we are in the process of prepping it to be hung on the tower. We will have to wait til the morning and see how weather looks. The forecast shows no rain so it will be priority number one in the morning if that is the case. Please understand that the tower is over a hundred feet tall and extremely unsafe to send a tech up during rainy conditions. Once again we are VERY sorry for any inconvenience and we will have this back up and running at the next possible opportunity to climb.

Identified — We've done 2 tower climbs today and identified a possible bad radio which is the main connection for these areas. Everything is running (slowly) on the backup link currently. We've overnight shipped a replacement radio, which will be here Tuesday morning. As soon as it comes in we will be replacing the bad one and getting service back to normal.
