Monitoring — We still have 2 radios on the southwest side of the tower that are down. We replaced equipment yesterday, but afterwords discovered the antenna is also damaged. We’re on our way to pick up another one locally and get it installed now.
Monitoring — After 3 days, more than 24 hours of tower work, and $5,000 in broken equipment later we finally have most customers' service restored. If your service is still not working by tomorrow (4/10) please email or call our office at 972-734-1776 and let us know so we can get you fixed.
Identified — We're all hands on deck at the tower site to continue to replace damagrd equipment. Our goal is to get everyone reconnected by end of day today.
Identified — We were able to get everyone SE of the tower up today. Traffic between College Station and here was not very good because of major flooding so we didn't get the equipment as early as we anticipated. We'll be out again first thing in the morning to get the rest of service restored.
Identified — We were able to get a few access points working on the North side of the tower on Sunday. We've confirmed a few of the access points are completely dead as well. We sent a tech down to College Station early this morning to pick up equipment so we can get everybody back up today instead of waiting for an overnight shipment tomorrow. As soon as David returns with the equipment around lunch time today we'll be doing 3 climbs to get everything else restored today. We don't have a firm ETA yet, but as soon as we get the equipment we'll be at the tower and ready to climb. Everyone should hopefully be up by sunset tonight.
Identified — Our climber is working on the North leg of Culleoka now. Our network switch that powers most of the equipment was destroyed, so we're having to re-wire the entire tower. Access points are coming up as we get them connected.
Identified — It looks like the Culleoka tower took a direct lightning strike. Working on getting things back up now.
